Getting the chance to meet a wide range of people doing different jobs is particularly important for those children from disadvantaged background who may have fewer successful role models, either at home or in their local communities. This programme will deliver career related learning sessions within Norwich primary schools. The Norwich Opportunity Area includes 35 primary/infant/junior schools who will be offered this provision. Primary schools will be given the opportunity to select their chosen activities from an approved list of providers and activities as outlined in the tender document, to create a varied programme of activities throughout 2019-2020 in each school. All primary schools will be offered provision to deliver at least one full day career related learning activity each term (or equivalent half day sessions) during 2019-2020, across the range of approved providers. Activities will be chosen by schools to fit within their existing plans and schools can select a combination of the below activities from the range of providers.
