Lot 1 - Social Care The Council requires a single provider via a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to enable social care teams to source qualified and unqualified workers and receive a high-touch service. Lot 2 - Statement of Works The Council requires a single provider to provide a contracts and payment platform for Statement of Works / Consultancy engagements, supporting the Council in appointing, managing and paying suppliers. The solution needs to be able to build a supply chain to assist the Council in sourcing engagements and provide the necessary compliance documents for contracts and for any future audits. Lot 3 - Temporary Teams The Council requires a provider it could utilise to deploy teams at short notice. These workers would remain employees of the provider and act as an alternative to agency.
