## Notice

It is envisaged that the Train Count Database will be hosted by the winning bidder and accessed via a web-based browser. The services are to be provided across the entire WMT network. Installation, maintenance, and testing are to be provided as part of this contract. The Supplier shall provide WMT with a PCDS installation residing on the Supplier's server alongside: * Account management and service meetings. * A roadmap for future planned system developments, which WMT can shape and influence. * Provision of quotes for specific custom development or enhancement of system functionality. * Bug & maintenance fixes including all coding, testing and delivery. * System upgrades including all coding, testing and delivery. * System configuration management (including business continuity system). * Provision of query resolution. * The system requirements set out in this Schedule.
