****** Please note that this tender is by invite only and all of the relevant suppliers have been notified. ****** This brief is designed to secure flexible and 'on-call' support to the Single Investment Fund (SIF) Team in assessing its initial 'Project Investment Pipeline'. There are currently some 20+ projects seeking in excess of PS150m of funding. Whilst the SIF Team Lead Officer will be the principle contact for this brief; the appointed consultant will make themselves available to support the other individuals within the wider CA team. It is anticipated that the initial commission will require a dedicated resource to act as "CA Client" in respect of SIF projects allocated to the appointed consultants
