The review will support the preparation of the Uttlesford Local Plan by informing the strategic planning of the district and determination of planning applications as well as being available for other uses by Uttlesford District Council (UDC), partners, stakeholders and communities. We require a review of all 281 sites and the 17 listed Potential Wildlife sites in the district, and identification of any new sites. In light of the results of the survey you are also asked for advice on appropriate local plan policies and on developing a biodiversity strategy.
