## Notice

The partner/s will be required to support the delivery of the following on NCG's standard terms and conditions: - Provide outreach activity and community engagement to attract the hardest to reach young adults in the Lewisham Borough, particularly the southern wards. - Provide industry guided work readiness preparation as well as career guidance - Provide employer engagement with job interviews, coaching, employer panels and feedback - Provide a mentorship package, livelihood readiness skills and networks - Support youth social action and community asset building for all participants - Provide up to 12 months of in-work support for learners placed in employment
