We are looking for the following options to be worked - *To not purchase the site *To purchase the site and leave as is *To purchase the site and redevelop Quadrant building *One or two further options that we have not considered A focus on increasing footfall without reliance on retail is preferred Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
