The completed development will provide circa 7,600m2 (GIA) of new living space in the three blocks with a mix of 1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed and 4-bed units, including four duplexes on the top levels of each block. In addition, the works include 1,225m2 of commercial retail space, new services infrastructure and drainage, plus external works consisting of a common yard including 20 car spaces, bicycle racks, landscaping and amenity spaces.
