Through this procurement, we are seeking consultancy services for the following activities: * Co-development of a new set of legal, financial tools and policy instruments as part of the expert panel process. * The Supplier is to inform the process with examples of best practices to assist in the formulation of new tools and instruments and ensure lessons are learned. * Utilise networks for the research and to provide evidence to address issues and risks that emerge through the expert panel process. * Respond to proposals for new tools and instruments and provide plans for their implementation. * Provide advocacy for the process and support promoting the outputs of the panel to stakeholder groups and in policy and investor forums. * Participate in industry engagement and validation events as required.
