A Council owned building previously used as a short break provision has been converted into a supported housing scheme of 4 x one bedroom self-contained flats. 3 of the flats are for long stay provision and 1 flat for a short stay step through provision. The Authority require a registered provider to fulfil the landlord function for supported housing on these residential tenancies. A full repairing Leasehold Agreement will be put into place between the Authority and the successful Bidder, which will detail requirements and responsibilities of the Bidder in regards to Landlord responsibilities and regulations, Authority monitoring regulations and other requirements.
