Home Group expect the landscape framework teams alongside strong leadership to demonstrate the following capabilities: * Landscape & Visual Impact Assessments * Landscape Led Capacity & Character Studies * Green Infrastructure Strategies * Public Speaking, Engagement & Consultations * Landscape Design * Graphics, modelling and VR experience. * Landscape Maintenance & Management * Site Inspections & Valuations The framework will be tendered as 4 individual Lots, split as follows: * Regional - Scotland * Regional - North East & Yorkshire * Regional - Cumbria * Regional - South (SE, SW and London)
