This includes the design and installation of a cafe and food preparation area to the building, which will have seating for approximately 60 people, The purpose of this procurement is to source contractor to undertake the design and installation of the cafe and food preparation area that will: * Provide refreshments to visitors to the Campus, whether for leisure, social or business purposes; * Provide a relaxing environment to enjoy the facilities on offer; * Provide a meeting place for the community which will deliver the business objectives for the building. This contract will include both goods and services, with the bulk of the spend will be incurred for goods.
