## Notice

Scope The Weekend Daytime Support Service will: * Allow informal Carers to have regular breaks from caring in order to maintain their caring role and enhance their wellbeing. * Support Carers by maintaining contact and signposting them to carer support services and other support services for the person they care for. * Deliver social support to ensure Service Users maintain independence and prevent social isolation. * Be responsive ensuring that work is undertaken collaboratively and that Service Users have a voice and direct involvement in the Service they receive
