This collaboration is between: * The Police and Crime Commissioner for Bedfordshire * NHS England & NHS Improvement (East of England) As a victim focused service the delivery of quality is paramount to a successful partnership. There are significant challenges in commissioning services for victims and survivors of sexual violence setting both financial and cross organisational involving a complex process of working across pathways and at times conflicting priorities.
