## Summary

The Ebury Bridge Estate Renewal Project Demolition, initiated by Westminster City Council, is currently in the award stage of its procurement process. The project falls under the industry category of demolition work (CPV code: 45111100) and is located in London, UK. The initial phase of the project, worth approximately £3,370,000, was awarded to John F Hunt Limited on 9th July 2020, with the overall contract period extending from 9th July 2020 to 28th February 2026. The procurement method used was an open procedure, which is applicable for contracts above the threshold.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses, especially those specialising in construction and demolition services. Companies with the capability to manage large-scale projects and those offering specific services such as soft stripping and structural demolition would be particularly well-suited to compete. Given that the work is divided into multiple phases with potential for further contracts, there is room for SMEs to engage in subsequent phases, contingent upon their performance and the availability of budget for additional work.
