These machines are a key part of the Cambridgeshire libraries strategy that has allowed us to make staff savings through automation, particularly at our smaller single staffed branches. These are key pieces of equipment and having them out of action can have serious impact on the productivity of the library service. Council is using Espo Framework -LIBRARY SOLUTIONS AND SYSTEMS 350_19 - Lot 1a and will award under a Direct selection process.
