In summary, the works include the following; *Internal alterations and refurbishment works within the existing property to form a new layout to suit the tenants need and accommodate support staff. *Associated plumbing and M&E services alterations. *Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property. Associated external alterations to improve the privacy and accessibility of the property. The tenant is currently living in unsuitable accommodation and therefore is important that the programme is delivered on time and as per the specification programme. The property is located in Blackpool, Lancashire and is therefore subject to Building Regulations 2010 and associated Approved Documents.
