As well as marketing, letting, branding and providing operational lab and office facility management, the Operator will provide comprehensive sector specific and business operational services and critically, a programme of business acceleration which improves the rate of regional life science company start-ups, growth and subsequent survival. The Contract will run for a maximum period of 8 years, initially 5 years with an option to extend on the 5th anniversary - up to a further period of 3 years, the extension will be at the Council's sole discretion.
