As a result DH is to hold a market engagement to supplement previous logistics events that have been focused on the core supply chain logistics services. This will be in the form of a webex to be held in the week commencing Monday 23rd January 2017, specifically to present to the market a proposed contract for a logistics service to support the Health Start Vitamins Programme. The early engagement is to ascertain interest in the market for a potential 3 year term contract with two one year extension options linked to performance outcomes. The prospective contract would be with a single provider. The estimated value of the contract will be PS1.4m over 5 years and will be a separate Lot to the main logistics procurement likely to be published by Contract Notice in OJEU in 2017 (Q2). The market engagement will be in the form of a webex, supported by a pre-event distribution of a slide deck. It will also involve a question and answer session and the opportunity to follow up with a one-to-one engagement. Additional information: Please note that all organisations who register an expression of interest for this event will (if they have not already done so) be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Only organisations that have registered will be allowed entry to the Event.
