It is the intention that the contract for these works will be let to a single supplier on a 5 year plus potential 5 year extension basis subject to the continued attainment of achieving and maintaining the specification standard and satisfying Key Performance Indicators. It is the intention that this requirement will be let through the JCLI Landscape Maintenance Works Contract 2017 and any supplier considering applying will be familiar and have a working knowledge of this form and will be in possession of a copy for the purposes of this tendering opportunity.
