## Notice

Walsall Council is looking to appoint a single competent contractor to deliver Ryecroft Community Hub's Energy Improvements. The route to market being used is a mini competition under the Pagabo Decarbonisation Solutions - AVP-HCC-1001. The framework fee applicable to contractors is 0.25% which is charge monthly. The works are to be procured as part of a single stage process. The Council will not accept joint tenders for this requirement and will contract with one entity. This project is solely funded by the 'Bloxwich Town Deal Programme' which is externally funded by Government as part of its previous Levelling Up Programme.
