Cannon House is located in central Worthing and is a detached vacant 3 storey office building in poor condition. The building operates as an office building and is currently vacant. To render the building marketable, the building requires full refurbishment (CAT-A offices and fit out to the common parts and reception). To improve the buildings amenities, it is expected that the showers on the ground floor will be incorporated. A Silver SKA rating is to be obtained. SKA is an award to recognise sustainable refurbishment in construction regulated by the RICS. This project involves CAT-A refurbishment works to offices on the upper floors of a 3 storey commercial office building on Chatsworth Road, Worthing. The reception, staircase and WCs will also be refurbished and modernised with CAT-B finishes in reception.
