This tender will be let as 'Light Touch' under the regulations and will be maintained as an open list for (providers to apply to join at any time even after the initial closing date stated in this notice) in a similar way to a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) with some deviations in terms of the evaluation and award timeframes and the award of mini tenders which may be focused on service needs in terms of geographical location, service user needs and/or choice or other requirements.
