To provide an online interactive digital Platform for the CCRAG Partnership. Central to this will be the CCRAG "Database" that acts as a communication hub and information resource for Local Authority (LA) Members of the Children's Cross Regional Arrangements Group (CCRAG), a partnership of LA Children's Services Departments hosted by Hertfordshire County Council (herein referred to as 'the Council').
