The ward will be live 24/7 so the works will need to be programmed with the Estates team ward manager dependent on patient numbers bed space. A site visit and survey will be essential and an allowance for working in an operational live ward. Call buttons to be fitted adjacent existing nurse call using the existing bedhead trunking where possible. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
