The anticipated construction value is 6 000 000 GBP - 6 500 000 GBP (excl. VAT) Note: the property is currently owned by Birkbeck College (Cambridge House) Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Birkbeck College, University of London. Bidders should be aware that the ownership of the property may be transferred to Birkbeck College, University of London before the building contract is entered into and if this is the case, the employer under the building contract will be Birkbeck College, University of London, rather than Birkbeck College (Cambridge House) Limited. A planning application (application no 2017/7079/P) was submitted and consent received April 2018. The proposed construction duration will be 43 weeks (excluding production DWG and mobilisation period), for completion for November 2019.
