Additional information: Please note: The tender return date has been extended to 10:00 am on 21/08/2018. As you may be aware, Ikea, the intended anchor tenant for the Cuerden retail development, has advised that it wishes to withdraw its plans to open a store on the site. Whilst the Council remains focused on the site development it is considered appropriate to pause certain works / tender exercises whilst discussions take place. On this basis we are pausing this tender exercise until 21st August 2018. A further update will be issued in due course.
