A variable energy (0.5 - 25 MeV range), intense (~5E10 n/cm^2/s on sample) neutron source 3. An accelerated mass spectrometer for the detection of isotopic ratios for mass range 40 to 246 amu. 4. Equipment and technologies for diagnosing neutron and photon fields. 5. Equipment and technologies to support safe, remote operations including automated and robotic solutions in highly radioactive environments Note that the purchase and development of equipment and technologies for any combination of parts 1-5 could be required.
