The property serves 20 units. Works include the removal and replacement of heating boilers, water heater, flues, insulation, control panel, circulation pumps, control and isolation valves and distribution pipework in the boiler room. We are seeking a contractor who can display a high level of customer care for our residents, who are primarily elderly or vulnerable, while providing an efficient and effective service. It is intended that the contract will start in April 2019 and take 8 weeks to complete. Work needs to be carried out urgently, so the contractor must be able to achieve this timeframe.
