The programme will contribute towards the achievement of the Liverpool Education Improvement Plan priority 4, Ensure that Liverpool recruits, develops, supports, and retains the best teachers and leaders. The main aims of the programme will be to: * Grow a pool of new headteachers from within the authority * Develop the expertise of school leaders in shaping culture, curriculum and continuous professional development * Develop a team of Teacher Educators working across the authority * Improve the quality of teaching This programme is required to start between April 2021 and September 2021 at the very latest. Liverpool City Council and School Improvement Liverpool wish to understand the capability and capacity in the market currently to deliver this programme and to help inform the procurement strategy.
