The new IoM ferry terminal project in Liverpool will involve design and construction of works in a variety of engineering disciplines including: - ground works and remediation, - building construction, - building services, - civil engineering - highways and - marine engineering. The NEC Project Manager will be expected to have knowledge and experience in one or more of the above disciplines and have his/her technical competence acknowledged by a recognised professional body. The successful tenderer will be responsible for providing the service with a named individual performing the role of the NEC Project Manager. The role will require the individual to work on site where construction and engineering works will take place over an extended period of time. Continuity and availability of appropriately qualified and experienced consultants are considered crucial for the successful delivery of the service and the project. In order to participate in this competitive exercise, your organisation must be registered on the Isle of Man Government's Procurement Portal.
