There are three strands to the Requirements: Phase 1 - Collaborate with PPD (and other parts of the Authority) to review the existing project commissioning, scoping and management procedures. Phase 3 - The Supplier will support the Authority's continuous improvement by delivering periodic and timely updates and support which ensures the Authority remains compliant with changes to legislation and at pace with industry good practice. The Supplier will collaborate with the Authority to review, revise and assure project commissioning, scoping and management processes to reflect the strategic and operational needs of the Authority.
