## Summary

The Birmingham City Council is currently conducting a tender process for a Framework Agreement titled "P0795 - Framework Agreement for Rough Sleeper (including those at risk of) Lead Worker." This initiative falls under the health and social work services category and aims to provide housing and wellbeing support to vulnerable groups, including young people and adults facing domestic abuse or complex needs. The procurement process is at the tender stage, with submissions due by noon on 4th February 2022. The Framework Agreement will commence on 1st March 2022 and run for four years, catering to delivery addresses within Birmingham, West Midlands.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses, particularly those specialising in health and social care services, to engage in supporting vulnerable populations. Companies that provide housing support, social work, or community services would be well-suited to submit proposals, particularly those that qualify as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). With the possibility of multiple providers being awarded contracts across the two Lots outlined, this framework could facilitate collaboration and expansion for successful bidders in a critical service area.
