The appointed company will be required to locate suitable properties within the boundaries of Amber Valley prior to entry on the open market, using established contacts and provide a detailed analysis of the opportunity and a recommendation, to include areas such as: Purchase Price Current tenant circumstances Yield Location and market conditions Length of remaining leases Building and infrastructure condition Payment will be on a commission only basis as a fixed percentage of the purchase price. The closing date for Expressions of Interest is 09:00h on 8 January 2021.
