Corresponding Numbers List (CNL) - printing of CNL 4. Poll Cards - printing of poll cards, proxy poll cards and postal poll cards 5. Register of Electors - printing of registers and polling station registers 6. HEF Canvass Forms - printing of initial, reminder and final reminder forms, to also include outer envelope, return envelope and leaflet. 7. ITR Canvass Forms - printing of initial, reminder and doorstep canvass forms to also include outer envelope and return envelope. 8. Household Notification Letter (HNL) - printing of HNL letters, to include outer envelope 1.19. Personal Identifier Refresh (PI) - printing of initial, reminder and cancellation letters and postal vote application forms to include outer envelope and return envelope 10. Individual Electoral Registration (IER) Correspondence - printing of all letters and application forms (if applicable) to include outer envelope and return envelope (if necessary
