The University envisages that the solution will be delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS) managed by the vendor, who will be responsible for maintenance, support and upgrades. The system procured will need to be intuitive, easy to update, resilient and able to be embedded into the University's Financial ecosystem. The University is looking to contract with the successful supplier for a three-year plus one year period.
