## Notice

The Contractor will supply all labour, plant and materials required to complete the works. An element of planned maintenance work is to be undertaken by the Contractor. The contract will be subject to JCT Measured Term Contract (2011) terms and conditions. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Estimated Value PS1,000,000 Per annum. NO VOLUME OR VALUE OF WORK WILL BE GUARANTEED UNDER THIS CONTRACT.
