All lifts are single stand-alone passenger lifts, therefore there is no alternative lift provision at each block. All lifts are to be refurbished retaining certain stipulated parts. Five of the fourteen lifts are hydraulic lifts which will be replaced with a new Machine Room-less Lift (MRL).
