## Notice

The site is located at the rear of St Nicholas House and adjacent to St Nicholas Street and Culver Street East. The works shall comprise of mechanical & Electrical; Installations, Reinforcement, Balustrade works a tree bench. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Colchester Borough Council has previously advertised for these works and would welcome bids from previously interested parties as well as new interested parties.
