Identify good practice and critical success factors in order to enable a comparison of approaches and their effectiveness in different scenarios . 4. Support grant holders to replicate or scale-up approaches from elsewhere to help meet the needs of their beneficiaries. 5. Identify research gaps regarding the tackling and prevention of hardship crisis and ensure that learning from the programme on impact and efficacy of models contributes to the development of the evidence base. 6. Enable a stronger, collective voice for beneficiaries to influence policy and practice both locally and nationally.
