The Council is seeking to deliver investment in its facilities and in particular this includes *Development of a new facility in Market Harborough to replace the existing facility *Investment in Lutterworth Sports Centre to improve its commerciality It is the intention of the Council to enter into a Design, Build, Operate and Maintain (DBOM) contract for the proposed developments.
