## Notice

The University have a number of re-occurring events, such as Graduation and the University Stars, as well as ad-hoc events that take place throughout the year which require varying Event Solutions. Such events require the following: * Stage * Lighting * Sound - Speakers / PA System * Video - Live broadcasting of events, recording and post production * Staffing The University spends in excess of PS100k per annum on event solutions and are therefore looking at a flexible, dynamic, innovative and established contractor to deliver these services to the highest standard.
