Alternative provision may also be put in place for pupils who are signed off from school on medical grounds. Potential providers are required to evidence how they meet the Quality Standards set by the Council. The Council would like to invite tenders from the following specialist areas, such as building and plastering, hair and beauty, motor mechanics, horse/equine therapy, specialised work with young people involved with gangs and violence, Art/design/textiles, sports and computer science courses.
