The framework will consist of two Lots: Lot 1: Installation only (primarily lantern replacement only) Lot 2: Installation and Connection (primarily for column replacement) Lot 2 suppliers will be required to qualify as an Independent Connection Provider (ICP) and enter into tripartite agreement with the County Council and the Energy Provider (Electricity North West).
