## Notice

Wiltshire Council provides an out of hours (OOH's) call handling service 365 days a year that covers a variety of services. The main users are Highways, Housing, Stray dogs and Environmental Protection. Our Contact Centre Phones automatically divert to this service at 5:00pm each evening and revert at 09.00am the following day. They stay with the OOH's service for the entire weekend from Friday at 5.00pm until 09.00am Monday morning or the following working day. Calls will also be diverted during Statutory Bank Holiday and working days when Wiltshire Council remains closed for normal business
