Chenies Close (Block 1-20) - Roof Renewals. Roof recovering including renewal of tiles, underfelt and timber battens; renewal of all associated lead flashings and soakers; renewal of all gutters and rain water pipes; renewal of all fascias, soffits and undercloaks; renewal of insulating material with new material to be not less than 300 mm in depth.
