There is a growing case for CJ to be delivered at a much more local level, including the integration of services to deliver a more seamless service to victims and to offenders. Following his re-election in May 2016 the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire David Lloyd has set out his ambitions for future developments in relation to the Criminal Justice System (CJS) in his latest Community Safety and Criminal Justice Plan. As a result, the Commissioner is seeking to commission a programme of work designed to support to him in driving criminal justice reform.
