Overview: The investigation aims to provide the conditions required to reach the goal of 'Net Zero Sustainable Cities', and the challenges of getting there. Building on sources such as Domestic Missions programme of city problem definition, as well as working with cities directly, and create a hierarchical framework of urban needs and challenges, all leading to the overall goal of net zero sustainable and equitable cities. It will also map urban system solution providers onto his framework, to show where, and how, businesses can address these challenges. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Document Uploads tab within the Delta eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
