The Framework Agreement will be procured in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015 regulation 33 using the Open Procedure in accordance with regulation 27. Tenders are invited for the supply of Refuse Collection Vehicles ranging from 18-32 Tonnes and Vehicle Warranties across two Lots. The successful Supplier will be responsible for providing the Refuse Collection Vehicles and Vehicle Warranties and liaising closely with each individual Customers' Fleet Manager. Procurement Lincolnshire is undertaking the procurement process for this opportunity on behalf of; Boston Borough Council, City of York Council, East Lindsey District Council, North Kesteven District Council, Scarborough Borough Council, South Holland District Council, South Kesteven District Council and West Lindsey District Council.
