There are seven Lots as follows: Lot 1 Outdoor PA - Flown Coverage Area 20m by 80m; Lot 2 Outdoor PA - Flown Coverage area up to 20m by 120m; Lot 3 Outdoor PA - Flown Coverage area up to 25m by 200m; Lot 4 Outdoor PA - Flown Coverage area up to 100m by 250m; Lot 5 Lighting; Lot 6 Indoor Pyrotechnics; Lot 7 Fogging Machine. The Supplier will be required to be flexible, innovative and provide high quality outputs within tight timeframes and develop installation/removal plans for each event in collaboration with the Authority and any nominated partners and stakeholders as necessary. The proposed contract will be for one year with options to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further four years.
